PvZ: Cheese Mines

Paying homage to Spaghetti westerns, we wanted to make a desert sandbox region... But many games have done desert levels... And we wanted Lava gameplay... But again, every game out there has a lava level so it was a bit boring...
Because it's Plants Vs. Zombies and we can go full tilt wacky, we mixed both ideas and replaced lava by "Hot nacho cheese" ...And built our narrative around that axis:
The Zombies want to make brains tastier so they sabotage the cheese factory's pipeline and use it to flood the local peak with hot cheese turning it the area into a volcano that will erupt and cover Neighborville's residents' brains in cheese ! Which makes total sense...If you're a Zombie!
This open world region has lots of hidden treasures, caves, factories, old west towns, gnomes puzzles, dungeons, big bosses and ..."Mouse flies".
